Refund policy
We anticipate your satisfaction with every purchase, just as numerous of our customers have experienced! Refunds or exchanges can be requested for regular-priced items within 14 days of the purchase date. We kindly request that items remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, complete with tags. A fee of $7.50 is applied for returns–but if you opt for store credit, this fee is waived. Please note that items labeled as final sale are non-returnable. If you encounter any issues with a final sale item, please reach out to our customer service at nestingclub@gmail.com.
RETURNS: To initiate a return, please begin the process within 14 days of the delivery date. Refunds can be issued to your original payment method or as store credit. For refund requests to the original payment method, a flat rate processing/restocking fee of $7.50 will be deducted from the refunded amount. However, this fee is exempted if you opt for store credit or a direct exchange.
The processing of returns typically takes about 3 weeks from the time we receive the package. Please retain the tracking information for your returned item.
EXCHANGE: Interested in swapping for a different size or color? The processing of your exchanged item will commence once the carrier's tracking information confirms the item's drop-off. During this period, we can't guarantee inventory availability. If, unfortunately, your desired item is out of stock, our customer service team will contact you directly.
Items marked as clearance or on sale are considered final sale upon purchase and are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.
*For purchases from third-party vendors such as Amazon or local boutiques, the customer must follow the return/exchange policy of that particular store.
In cases where a product is no longer available, Nesting Club reserves the right to issue a refund for the unavailable item and proceed with shipping the remaining items from your order. If the entire order is no longer available, Nesting Club retains the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
Should your package be returned to us by the postal carrier for any reason (such as an incorrect address or an abandoned parcel), we will cancel the order and issue a complete refund.
DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE:
If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturer's defect within 14 days of the delivery date, we are more than happy to assist you in replacing the item. Kindly email a photo of the defect along with your order receipt to nestingclub@gmail.com. Claims for items that are damaged/defective upon arrival or were not received must be submitted within 7 days of the postal carrier's delivery date. If the item is a clearance item, you will receive a refund equivalent to the amount paid for the item.
